LOADER BUCKETS & LINERS
DOZER BLADES, LINERS, & OUTSIDE LINER PACKAGES
Loader buckets and liners are exposed to highly abrasive materials and high structural loading during operation. Tricon buckets and liners are designed using proprietary steels to withstand hard mining conditions, provide longer service life, lower maintenance costs, and improve performance over any other materials in the marketplace. Our engineering team selects the right material thickness to be installed in the right places to maximize longevity and minimize impact forces during operation.
Tricon blades, liners, and outside liner packages are designed using proprietary steel formulations to protect the blade and the frame of the bulldozer from wear and tear. Our steels have a higher resistance to abrasion, impact, and corrosion, which maximizes durability and service life. This improves productivity and efficiency while reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
