This provides a uniform hardness profile across the full face chain of chain engagement, eliminating soft spots and premature cupping of the loaded surface. Without Tricon’s proprietary chemistry, drive sprockets wear quickly, which can shut down the entire aggregate line. Available turnkey or custom-made, Tricon drive sprockets are harder and more wear-resistant for longer- lasting life. Avoid costly and time-consuming drive sprocket replacements with Tricon.
