BOWLS & MANTLES Tricon produces high-performance bowl liners and mantles for cone crushers. Components are cast using custom alloy chemistries and precision laser scanning to ensure an exact fit and optimized wear profile for this demanding application.
TRI-BRAZE ON HAMMERS Tricon hammers are available in Tri-Braze Alloy Steel (cast or “Roll Forged” for superior microstructure), and cast alloys including Manganese Steel, Chrome White Iron, and Ni-Hard. Choose from one piece, two piece, or overlay designs, with special shapes for vertical shaft crushers. We also rebuild used swing hammer rotors to extend equipment life CRUSHER JAWS Engineered for extreme mining conditions, Tricon crusher jaws are available in custom chemistries (including manganese steel) that deliver superior impact resistance and work- hardening performance.
