BARK SCREENS Tricon barks screens are made from Tri-Braze abrasion resistant steel to prevent wear and provide consistent bark sizing for maximum efficiency. Bark screens made without through hardened steel wear quickly, allowing larger bark material to pass through the screen. Inconsistent bark sizing makes for an inefficient and costly fuel source for powering your plant.
SHAKE-OUT PANS Tricon shake-out pans are made from Tri-Braze which allows for increased shake-out speed and efficiency. Out shake-out pans can help your foundry produce at a higher rate while decreasing the time and labor needed during the sand reclamation process.
