BARK: Tricon barks screens are made from Tri- Braze® and provide consistent bark sizing for maximum efficiency. Bark screens made without through hardened steel wear quickly. Inconsistent bark sizing makes for an inefficient and costly fuel source for powering your plant. SHAKER: Uniform, consistent chip sizing is vital to paper mill profitability. Tri-Braze® shaker screens will not warp or let over-size material move through the process. CHIPS: Chip sizing is one of the most critical processes in profitable pulp making. Oversize chips don’t digest correctly, and undersize material results in poor digesting efficiency and excess chemical usage. Tri-Braze® screens ensure long life and correct chip sizing to maximize uptime and efficiency.
GRIZZLY BARS: Tricon grizzly bars, made from Tri-Braze®, are crack-resistant and long-lasting for heavy impact and abrasion. Grizzly bars can also be repaired in the field with our Prime-Arc 300 or 400 wire, extending the life of the original Tri-Braze® bars. TRUCK DUMP: Tricon truck dump screens have the through hardness and abrasion resistance to handle the toughest aggregate materials. Tri-Braze® gives our truck dump screens the long-lasting strength needed to separate particle sizes correctly. SECONDARY: Tricon offers secondary screening options, including pre-wet screen top decks and scalping screens, to isolate the final, sellable product from undersized material. Made from Tri- Braze®, Tricon screens last longer and resist wear to ensure the correct sizing in your finished product.

SHREDDER HAMMERS: Made completely from Tri-Braze abrasion-resistant steel, Tricon shredder hammers have the strength and through hardness to continually shred recyclable material into usable size. Reduce your downtime with longer- lasting Tricon shredder hammers. SHREDDER GRATES: Tricon shredder grates are made using Tri-Braze for screening materials for a more accurately sized final product and more efficient hammer shredding. SAND MULLING & SCREENING: Sand muller paddles and screens made from Tri-Braze withstand the heavy abrasion of the sand mulling process. Your team can spend more time in production and less time worrying about unexpected maintenance.
SHAKE-OUT PANS: Tricon shake-out pans are made from Tri-Braze which allows for increased shake-out speed and efficiency. Our shake-out pans can help your foundry produce at a higher rate while decreasing the resources needed during sand reclamation. ROTARY: Tricon rotary screens are used for secondary sizing and separation of materials. Our rotary screens stand up to the wear and tear of heavy, abrasive materials and the tumbling action of the rotor. Tri-Braze has the only material that has the combination of hardness and impact resistance to succeed in this challenging environment. ASPHALT: Tricon asphalt screens are lined with Tri- Braze to prevent wear, reduce maintenance, and produce consistent sorting and sizing during asphalt production.
